The Cheeky Mango

Henry’s mom packed his lunch and waved goodbye as he got on the school bus. At lunch time, Henry opened his lunchbox and realised that his mango was missing! He looked under his desk, in his lunchbox, and even asked his friends if they had seen his mango, but it was nowhere be found.

Meanwhile, Henry’s mom had forgotten to pack the mango with his lunch. The mango, realising that he had been forgotten, ran after Henry to the bus stop, but the school bus left without him. The mango then ran all the way to school, found Henry’s locker and climbed inside.

When the school bell rang and it was time to go home, Henry ran to his locker, opened it and was surprised to see his mango right in front of him. Henry scratched his head in confusion, wondering how the mango got there. He put his mango in his lunchbox and walked home, thinking that he had become too forgetful. I guess he will never find out the trick that the cheeky mango had played on him.
