I am an educator and an educational writer. I have taught English language and literature in colleges and universities in India, Brunei and Malaysia. I have also authored several English course books for Indian schools and more recently, have been involved in writing content for e-learning programs in Malaysia. I love writing short stories for children. I believe that children are influenced by the gender biases they come across in literature and my adaptation of The Three Wishes is an attempt to re-tell a traditional tale without gender stereotyping.
